This is a ticket voucher product: a paid order issues a code the buyer redeems for a programme ticket in the cart. In the admin: Webshop › Products › Products, the issued codes under Webshop › Products › Ticket vouchers.
A voucher needs no shipping, so the checkout asks for no shipping method; it can also be paid with a SZÉP card (a Hungarian employee benefit card).
